Hi everyone, I am enjoying my new Q10 (first Blackberry for me!) and have a question about its e-mail. I would like to keep copies of received e-mails on my home computer. Howerver, it seems that e-mails first viewed on Q10 never make it to my home computer. Is there any way to do this? My OS is 10.3.1.1779 and the mail server is a POP. Thank you.

Hi, log into your email in a browser on a pc or mac and check the settings in it. There should be a setting for when mail is accessed using POP to either delete the mail on the server or leave a copy there.

POP means that all the emails are being collected by one client from the server, therefore you don't have them on the server or on another device....

So you need to configure your client to leave a copy on the server.
