    Hi - updated to 10.3.1 on Q10 with Rogers. Everything works fine except can no longer read SIM card, says unknown error and can only make emergency calls. No access to phone, text, etc. Rogers has no solution. Trying to reset to factory just kept reinstalling 10.3.1 OS so finally found an old 10.2.1.2941 OS and loaded it. SIM card works fine. Any suggestions? Would like to upgrade to 10.3.1 but obviously need it to be able to recognize SIM card. Thx
    Update: I've tried installing 10.3.1 a couple more times and also discovered that it won't charge with 10.3.1. Guess I'll just need to wait for a future update that will hopefully better support the hardware.

    you've got to make sure radios are tuned on settings/networks/mobile net/mobil and data needs to be on

    APN settings are messed up after the update. They are no longer situated in the mobile network! Only on the hotspot page and in the hub/sms settings but can't be saved.
    I have a wifi-only passport now!!

    Thanks, it's not that though. I've been going back and forth between the old/new OS all day, and the sim card just won't work in 10.3.1 for some reason. Rogers support said others had same issue, but they aren't doing anything to resolve.

    Same with my provider. They said, device not supported, IMEI not detectable.
