[CrackBerry Question]

My Q10 is unable to access internet, it'll just keep on popping the 'limited internet access' notification.
It's able to connect to the WiFi but I couldn't use it.
My siblings seems to be using their devices comfortably, and I could use my tab too.
I was just wondering is there a way to fix it

Have you a limited number of device connection to your router? May be the other devices have priority.

Disconnect all the other devices from the wifi. Even your Q10.
Turn your router off.
Restart you router.
Turn your Q10 wifi on (only your Q10 to the router).

If the connection is established, let the other devices connect. You'll see if all connect but one, you'll know that you have too much devices connected to your wifi.

If your Q10 jumps out, you'll know that it's queued and has no priority in your local WiFi net... then you have to check out the settings of the router to fix that.

As always, people are in denial.

OP: this is a common BlackBerry issue. It can be because of the network too, though. What OS are you on? I'd recommend installing the latest available and trying again.
