    I have a Q10 and have tried several times to send photos via text messaging, however the message does not get through to the person I send it to. I receive photos messages no problem, just cant send. I don't get any error messages but the message does not go through. I checked all my text settings, read forums, APN settings are all correct. My carrier is Wind Mobile, is this something wind has to enable on my plan?

    Maybe the person you're sending txt's to doesn't have MMS capability?
