    I transferred my data from my 9900 to my new Q10 via BlackBerry Protect. The results were pretty Pathetic. I used Password Keeper in my 9900 very extensively, but none of that info seems to have transferred over, and neither have most of my contacts. Also I'm having a hard time just using this phone! All of my memos from Memo Pad have been put into a folder called "unfiled", and I can't figure a way to search that huge file so now I'm spending a lot of time scrolling to find the memos I regularly use. Can anyone help with any of these issues? I like the phone but if I can't figure out how to use the things I need to, I may go back to my 9900. This thing is just too different!

    I did the same. Download password keeper from app world. When u open it will ask to set new password. Then you'll see a message for old password to retrieve the info.

    Had the same issue concerning password keeper. Wunder, why BlackBerry does not deliver it preinstalled. Guess, thousands of customers are desperately seeking it, until they might look into the BlackBerry World app store.

    You may also want to consider switching to Keepass (depending on how much data you have). I like the multiplatform support in the latter.

    Ya password keeper is simply amazing no other competitor has the feature i dont care about downloading third party apps.

    Agreed password keeper is superb!

    I am rather surprised they didn't include it as a core app. Has worked flawlessly since I installed it though!

    Is KeePass available in App World, or is it an Android app (KeePassDroid) you have to sideload?
