    My daughter in law has a problem: She suddenly can't find the '�' anymore. I had a quick look at the settings - don't know.. it's no longer displayed when she types. Any suggestions? THX!

    If the special characters bar doesn't come up, push Alt+Return twice and they will be back.
    (This switches to the 2nd installed language, and then back to yours).

    BlackBerry: this is an annoying problem which has been well known since quite a while now! It prevents your international customers from faster typing on the Q10, which is extremely counter productive! Please fix, now! Don't let us wait for a completely new OS release that will take you (and carriers) ages to get it out!

    THX this should help - sent her a BBM. Perhaps I should wait for 10.2....

    Edit: Nope, doesn't work in this special case. Other special characters are showing up, the only one missing is the 'o'.
    Think she should rteinstall the OS and try again.

    Could always reinstall just the language bar and see if that works
    Or try deleting the language from the device, then re-adding it back
