    hello I need some help I have a blackberry Q10 and yesterday I was checking the options so I turned on the parental control and the default browser and camera is gone.... I turned it back off but still cant find them or even downloading

    It is a known issue on the 10.2.X.XXXX os's, not sure on the 10.3, but it is not something I will be wasting any time on. Maybe someone will chime in. Wipe or reinstall the OS.

    Go to system settings - security and privacy. prenatal controls then turn the control off

    You missed in the op where they say they already turned off the parental controls. I miss a lot myself. This is why I responded with then own issue part.

    Try turning back on Parental Control and toggle off and back on those options your missing.
