Is any one here know when will the 10.2 available in AUS?
I bought the device directly b/c the carrier I used (Vodafone) they dont offer Q10
so I was wondering if any one in AUS has already get the 10.2 update ? well if you do received the update, would you mind let me know what carrier you are using?

I do try to contact some carriers, Optus said they dont have any notice abt this update, and Vodafone said I should contact BB not them.

I am depressed by the carriers.

I would say soon, as they have rolled out Asia Pacific last week. Hang in there.

As per Telstra's crowdsupport they will be rolling update on 11/11 (Handset updates - 21 October - Telstra Crowdsupport - 196185), Vodafone apparently already have started... few people have reported that VF AU have started (check the http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...thread-863680/) ..

I have opted for the sideloading (Sachesi method) and all good with friendly Canadian (Telus) BB10.2...I am on Telstra, tried VF AU SIM change update and that didn't work. My Z10 is not carrier model (RED ZED!)

Got the message this morning (I'm on Vodafone) when I checked software updates. Maybe it might pop up for you too. Only downside is that i have to wait till i get home tonight to download it
