    Hello everyone!

    Anyone having an issue with WhatsApp like mine,

    My WhatsAppa "an application that i'm not a big fan of" is not syncing with some of my contacts, they can "WhatsApp" me but i cant unless they start the chat!

    Same problem with my Q10, works without problems on my Z30.

    What helps: go to contacts / edit and press save (you do not have to change anything actually). In Whatsapp after a few seconds everything should be fine. If it isn't, update contacts and favourites within Whatsapp.

    It seems this affects mainly contacts I have already written messages to and it started after an update. Already contacted Whatsapp a couple of days ago but no feedback.

    I know you won't believe it but for some of us this is not an option. I have some 1,000 contacts in my phone out of which more than 300 use Whatsapp. Number of BBM contacts: zero. In Germany BBM is simply non existent, even amongst BlackBerry users. They are all corporate users. I only know one other person who uses BlackBerry privately. And this is because I sold him my Z10.
