    Since upgrading to the Q10 I am unable to add the little pictures \ icons to my status updates. Anyone have any ideas how to fix or is this something which isn't available?

    Ahhhh feel a little better knowing not just me. However I have a feeling this means we might have to live without the little icons :|. Not happy. Seems like a step back.

    We currently only support emoji input on the chat screen. However, you can work around this with copy-paste. Type the status you want to use (emoji and all) into the input area of a chat screen, copy it, and paste it into the status editor.

    The status editor itself may not correctly display the emoji characters, but it should work.

    This Q10 is the biggest piece of crap!! BlackBerry should give us all our money back! I am so furious! No WhatsApp pic and deleting a bbm contact is ridiculously tideous. This phone is a step back!
