    hey guys, so all of the sudden i dont receive any whatsapp anymore in the hub UNLESS i open the actual app...

    did that happen to any of you? any advice?

    I'm running OS 10.1.0.4651

    Did you do the following?
    - Backup device /w BB Link
    - Install new OS using an autoloader
    - Restore device /w BB Link

    If you did, then the suggested fix is to delete and reinstall the app. This will force it to reinitialize certain things that only need to happen once during the lifetime of the app, but aren't happening because it was reinstalled with all of its old settings intact. (Yes, we're aware of this issue.)

    I did the restore as you mentioned.

    I've just deleted and reinitialiased whatsapp, i'll keep you posted in a day or two
