    Hi guys,

My Whatsapp isn't integrated to the BlackBerry hub after deleting, clearing it from my BlackBerry App World, hard reset and reinstall. Please advise.

Another thing to ask: does anyone know where all the chat history files for both BBM and WhatsApp are stored?

    Thanks a bunch!

I'm actually wondering about this as well. It's not a huge deal, but I thought devices updated to 10.1 had Whatsapp as it's own tab in the hub. I got the official update from T-Mo yesterday and so far Whatsapp messages are going to notifications, like always.

It took more than a day for my OS to create a separate hub for whatsapp when I upgraded to 10.1, maybe just wait a day or two?

This breaks my q10heart as well. No integration, waiting one month already. Does anyone have it integrated on 273?

I'm running the T-Mobile 10.1 update, and I can confirm it does integrate Whatsapp into the Hub. My experience was the first download (346 MB) installed and made my phone laggy as could be. Tried loading Skype but couldn't get it to launch. But then I checked "Software Updates" again and it had a second download of just over 200 MB that fixed everything.

If whatsapp is integrated into the hub, does it still show the message under the notifications pane on the hub with the 'bell' icon or does it only show in the Whatsapp pane ? If it still shows in the notifications pane is it still with the 'bell' icon or the whatsapp icon ?

I'm on .273 as well and I have a separate tab for WhatsApp in my hub. Didn't have to do anything to get it show up when I updated a while ago.

Have you tried resetting your hub? Swipe diagonally from the top right to the centre of the screen 4-5 times and it will force a reset of your hub.

I don't even have an option in my Hub management tab to turn off WhatsApp notifications

You are deleting the notification of the message in the hub, not the actual message from the app I believe. Hence it remains.

The messages which appear in the hub for whatsapp are just notification of a new message which in turn trigger the convo string to display. Once you delete the notification the conversation continues to exist in the app but no longer in the hub til a new message arrives. If you want to keep the conversation in the hub, just don't delete the notification.

Have you tried to restart your HUB? Or tried restarting the device?

I have it in the hub but a few OS updates ago it stopped working good. I still get notifications and the separate tab in the hub but if I select a message from the hub, it takes a while to load up and show it. Really slow.

They've launched two updates with hub integration fixes and the last one was really good but we're not quite there yet.

Since either updating the OS or updating Whatsapp, I too do not have it integrated in the hub. I have to sporadically open Whatsapp to see if there are any messages as I am not getting any notifications.

Whatsapp notifications are coming through the Hub every time. Good question about the Whatsapp and BBM stored data, I wish I knew the answer.
