    My seller said that blackberry q10 phone is bbm.locked so not work....what problems may occur in that case...

    Huh? There's no such thing as locked BBM on any BB10 device. You can only use one BBM account for one BB ID so you'd need to switch BBM account if you use two BB10 devices with the same BB ID, but that's it. No locked blahblah.

    Hi chinnu, my device also BBM locked, so I can't use BBM in my device as well as blackberry protect also, If u compromise on this both u can buy it, the devices are seemed to be enterprise devices locked by administrator

    Where did you get? new or second handed or refurbish? If yours is not new, both function might be locked by previous owner.

    Just try Apk version(Android) of BBM in your phone. I don't know! That might work out. Give a shot
