I've got a q10 that I love on tmobile and I don't see them coming out with a 10.2 update anytime soon. I want all the new toast notifications and customizable settings tab and of course the ability to download all those apps like snapchat and instagram (I'm in highschool) so, which leak do I get? Which ones stable? Please leave a link, thanks!

I'd recommend the most recent leak, 10.2.1.1925.
    Seems very stable so far.

After you're all done, update the radio file. Unfortunately the latest radio file only leaked later on, but this only takes a few minutes to flash over the other.

Download the autoloader to your pc then unzip, click on exe file with your device in airplane mode ,it will download and reboot when finished, back up before doing this if you want to restore your data.

    What is the radio file?
So they have different files for OS and radio? Basically OS updated but then another radio? Doesn't loading the latest lead update radio too? Sorry if this is a totally lame question but I always loaded latest OS never knew about Radio file.

thank you. So if I do a full backup using BB Link, I should be able to "roll back" to the original OS if needed?

You're not the only one man - I too have yet to see anyone actually explain how to update the radio thus far every post states how to install the OS not the radio; somehow maybe it's implied but nobody has replied properly as if talking to a complete newb in getting the radio installed for first time users.

Don't give us the standard crap that if you're a newb you shouldn't be doing it because other than the developers or hackers if you will EVERYONE was a damn newb at this! So cut the new guys some slack please. also it would be nice to hot link the first page of a radio thread vs page 20; unless what I'm seeing is based on Cb10 app settings that I have??

You load the radio the same way as a leak, just run the autoloader. It's shorter and does not require a back up first as its non destructive.

Sadly the XDA-Developers attitude & culture rubs on some people, but according to above post it is just loading another file after leak is installed. slff says run the autoloader, but is the radio file installed to computer first? Does it act like a dummy OS but replaced only radio file?

You will notice the file size is fairly small for a radio autoloader. Unzip like the os and put in airplane mode again and double click the radio exe file. The original os has the 1899 radio and you might not want to change the radio. It's totally up to you.

OK I did the upgrade and the 1926 radio.
It was pretty painless and I like it already. Here's the new version string:

    Q10SQN100-1/10.2.1.1925

Should it say 1926 and not 1925?

Well, you can always extract the OS file from the 1925 autoloader and then create a new autoloader with 1926 radio. You will not get a Software Release version number, though.
