I'm really missing the bulk delete commands of all blackberries past! Where did it go, and is there a new workaround?

BTW...after making the switch from Z to Q...there's no going back! the best of the best from Z10 with an even better keyboard than before!

A lot of shorcuts are missing and there are some annoying transitions tied to some others, but improvements are coming in 10.2.

Re you referring to deleting emails (etc.) in bulk? If yes, go to any mailbox or in the Hub. Long press on the thin date bar. On the right you'll have the option to mark prior read or delete prior. The black bar that appears on the right will be thin, but you can pull it to the left to expose the text as well. Hope this helps.

The Title implies that the OP is referring to the "Forward Delete" command which used to be achieved by pressing "Alt Backspace" on the older BlackBerry models. If that is the case, I also miss having that function (I had it on my old BB Curve). I recently brought a Z10, but it doesn't seem to have it either. I don't know why BB took it away, but I hope they bring it back.

Ya i was referring to ALT-BACKSPACE because sometimes...one writes a novel...then realizes one should just write "yup"

For those moments, one such as myself should select cancel, discard, then reply with yup. Workaround for now I guess . But I understand and agree legacy shortcuts are required to return to BB10,not just Q10.

Tap and hold? First selects word, then sentence, then paragraph. Maybe that's only on the Z?
