    I'm due an upgrade but I'm not sure about ditching by Bold 9900 yet. The HDMI output of the Q10 is interesting but I can't find any demos of it on YouTube. What does it look like when the Q10 is connected to a HDTV?

    Is the screen on the HDTV 'landscape mode' like the Z10, or does the HDTV show a square screen with black bars down the side?

    I've not seen one, but I'm wondering if it is similar in size to the one for the Z10. Maybe do a search for that one instead; you might find more solutions...

    When you connect it to a tv...it shows a square screen...the sides are black...but if you play videos using the PLAY ON option...you get landscape mode(full screen)...
    Long press a video...then choose the first icon from the sidebar...
