I sent the correct device and platform and ran the test again but they refused to correct it -.-

Mine is correct in "standard" mode - and scores 489; incorrect (Chrome 26 on Windows 7) in desktop mode - and scores 494. I guess BB is using a Chrome 26 user agent for desktop mode.

I'm using a Z10 running 10.2.1.1925.

Refused? As in they told you "no"? Or just didn't change the results based your feedback in the time you would have liked them to?
