    When I first got my Q10 in June, I nearly went deaf because whenever I held down the volume up key on the side of my device, the volume would turn up all the way as opposed to switching songs as it would on the three BlackBerry Smartphones I had before that.

    Are they planning on adding this feature again? I hope so because I don't like having to take my phone out of my pocket to switch songs.
