Would there be a reason for this happening? I presse the voice mail button and it frequently asks me to re-input my voice mail phone number even if it was there before...

There can be two different numbers to reach your VM e.g. *99 or 999955577 for example. Try to find the other one than you used to use, save it, and add it speed Dial

It actually was already set in speed dial. Now when I hold "1" to access voice mail, it once again asks me to add a phone number for voice mail... Second time I have to reset it.
