    My q10 always says that I have a new voice-mail or a voice-mail waiting but I don't have any, I was wondering how to fix that.

    Have you tried refreshing the hub? Restarting the phone?

    From other threads I've participated in a few folks stated calling your carrier is the best way to fix this. I have the same issue but am too lazy to make the call. I tried refreshing the HUB as well without success.
