    Yes, it did for a lot of users who use Viber. No issues related with the upgrade affecting the app.

    Yupp! My Viber don't work either now on the new OS! And Amazon app store doesn't even have it anymore like they used too!

    Guys use snap or cobalt's play store or download the apk.. everything works great

    That's the exact settings I have. What's gone was asking the user directly to sync contacts which was present also in the older versions.

    Hi Guys,

    I used to be happy with the Viber 4.3 from BBWorld as long as my Z10 was still running 10.2.
    Indeed, after upgrading to 10.3 suddenly all contacts seem to have disappeared :-(

    Now, partly by accident, I discovered Viber is now only "allowed" to see contacts which are *only* on the SIM card !!
    When a contact is linked to something else, it may be visible in Viber for some seconds after creation and then disappears.

    Soo, for all contacts you want to see in Viber, make sure to unlink the SIM contacts from the others. Or just create a new SIM-only contact !

    This annoyance may have been introduced in BB 10.3 for "security" reasons, certainly on corporate phones like mine.
