I just ordered a new Q10. I assume that it. Will come preinatalled with Verizons latest OS (or will force an upgrade). For a casual user, is there a reason to install a newer OS with an autoloader leak?

Newer OS's aren't leaks..
So, install whatever OS you want, but; avoid the very latest 10.3.2 build, the Android Runtime is dodgy

Not really, mostly just WiFi calling for T-Mobile users and little changes

Did it ship with 10.2? Verizon is goddam awful with bb software updates. I think 10.3 and newer versions offer a lot of improvement that enhance the bb10 experience; however i had to install leaks because verizon never offered software updates. All the bs I had to do to update my old z30 is most likely why it suffered issues

It's arriving today. Verizon has a forced update to its version of 10.3, so regardless of what it ships with it should update

After it updates turn off auto update if Verizon happens to push the latest buggy one so you don't get it.
