    I don't see the Brightness and Flashlight icons when I thumb down from the top homescreen on the new 10.2.1 Verizon update. Granted, I don't have a sim in there because I am using my z10 and downloaded it through wifi. Does anyone else have this issue? Will I see them once I put the sim in there?

    Go to the Settings app and choose "Quick Settings" and make sure they are selected.

    Settings/Quick Settings allows you to add icons to the dropdown box.
