    Hi there.
    I upgrated my OS to 10.3.1.1565 and my ring tone volume is half of what it was. I already tried the usual configuration adjustment BUT nothing works. I played a youtube video and the volume is very high which is all good, just my incoming calls ring tone volume is terribly low.
    Please help.

    yes everyone knows about this problem and a lot of people are experiencing it the only fix is a bug update from BlackBerry themselves

    Do any of these companies have design 'engineers' with any common sense at all? What's the sense of having texting, BBM, phone, etc. if you can't even be notified at hearing level?? Jezuuuuzzzz

    They Fooked up on maximum level of fooked ! im using now nexus 5 until its fixed .
    btw i got "cracking" noise if its on 70% !
