    Same happened to me. After installing the update I went to make me some coffee. Picked up the phone and it was back to showing the contact's name instead of their phone numbers. And here I thought I broke something.

    I usually back up my sms, then install update, then security wipe.

    That's usually my plan of action when getting new OS's.

    Updated my BlackBerry Q10 to Verizon 10.2.1.2122...not getting Outlook contact sync'd. Sure would be nice if the release notes show us how to re-sync contacts.
