Hi guys I updated my software on my q10 and since then when I try to play music that's in my phone it now comes up with a message that said " unsupported media format' on all my songs. The problem wasn't there before I did the update what's the fix for this ?

If they were illegal files then that's on you not BlackBerry, try a Hard Reset which is press and hold both up and down keys until phone screen resets, you'll take apicture of the screen but continue through that untill it's obvious the screen shows it is going into reboot.

Same thing happens to me but after hard reset now it's ok
