    Does anyone know if any of the carriers in Canada are selling unlocked versions of the Q10?
    I was just told if I buy the phone outright from Telus, it is locked. I want an unlocked phone.
    I am in Nanaimo BC.

    None of the carriers sell unlocked phones, but they will unlock them for you for a fee, ninety days after your buy it. If you are a post paid contract customer and a long time customer of a carrier they may unlock it for you earlier if you need to travel with the phone.
