Hey guys, looking to get some assistance to a problem I am having backing up my Q10.

I did some reading and tried some solutions people had but nothing has worked so far.

I am running a BB Q10 on OS 10.3.3.1463, with Windows 10 as my PC OS. Every time I try to back up my device, I get the error shown in the picture. My device is connected to blackberry link but for some reason it won't back up. I had iTUNES installed and someone on the forum said to uninstall it. Did that and still no go. Last time I updated my Q10 was March 20th.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated

I suggest you uninstall and re-install that BB Link app. It sometimes behaves weird.

POST BACK If it fixes the problem.

did that about 10 times, still getting same error.

check if your BB protect is turned on and active. If yes, switch it off and wait for a minute and switch it on and try to backup. Don't ask me why but sometimes it does work for me :P
