Hi, a strange thing has happened twice now when trying to end a call. The screen kind of flashes and is unresponsive so the only way I could see to end the call was to do a battery pull! Has anyone else had this issue? I have BeBuzz running in an active frame, do you think this could be the cause?

I also had this several times on my z10

I was not able to end the call. But then I just had to lock and unlock the screen and after this the phone worked again normally. no idea if you already tried this.
When this happened to me, most of the time the other person ended the call...

I've never had that happen yet. But I'm just curious. Why pull the battery? Does holding down the power button for 30 seconds not work?

Never had this happen but at times I have difficulty selecting areas on the screen. Sometimes it's the upper right corner but mostly it's certain apps the give me trouble.

This has happened to me several times on 10.0.
Swiping Up and long pressing X didn't help either as when I tried to make a new call, it would say trying to end the previous.

I used to battery pull (old habits die hard), then realized I can just reboot instead using the power button.

Since 10.1, I've not had this problem anymore though, also random reboots appears to be a lot less than before.

i am having the same issue. presing 5-6times to end the call. software 10.1.0.238.
i was trying to update it, but phone is saying that this isn the latest update which is not true.
i have read somewhere that people are putting vodafone sim card and they are able to update phone to the 10.1.0.2309version. after update problem gone.
