I ordered my parts last night. Found a gold bezel on ebay. And found a black keyboard with gold frets on aliexpres.
Thought I'd try to start a positive thread since there's so much negativity on crackberry.

The bezel should be here pretty fast since I found one from a seller in my state but the keyboard is probably going to take a few weeks to show up because that part is coming from Hong Kong. All I could find in the states was the white and gold keyboard. The other part I would like to find in gold is that piece metal below the camera that runs the width of the phone and a battery cover with a gold blackberry logo.

I received the gold bezel today so I went ahead and installed it because the keyboard is going to be a few weeks before I receive it.

The gold bezel cost $11.95 with free shipping from ebay. It also came with a stock keyboard.
And the keyboard with the gold frets cost $18.62 from aliexpres

Hi OP, thanks for showing us your cool project on the conversion. I tried over a year ago looking for a gold keyboard without luck. Awesome project and great post!

I've ordered extra pieces for my Q10 but just the original black. My plan was to remove the Verizon branding but I now have an extra bezel, keyboard and few other pieces.

I'm in the process of changing the bezel to a silver, and switching the keyboard from one with arabic lettering to a standard. Hopefully parts will be received within a week.

Well it looks good in but the keyboard sucks back.
Space key and the Q A and the ALT keys have no press to them. They work but you have to be looking at the screen to make sure you pressed hard enough.
It's so bad that I'm putting the factory keyboard back in.

I don't recommend buying from this seller!!
