    i have wiped my data from my q10 now its in factory mode i want to restore all my contacts is it possible? pls help i have a currepted back up file as well

    if you don't have outlook, gmail or yahoo or some other web based service, you will have to find a working back up or rebuild the database manually.

    Do a selective restore. Maybe you can just get what you need.
