I recently gave a classic, and passport a try, but didn't stick with them. Went back to iPhone 5s.

Main reason is that I'm a runner, run almost everyday, and the passport was too big to carry while running, and the classic is little too heavy.

I'm thinking of giving the Q10 a try.

    I have a few questions:

    1. Does it use same sim as iPhone 5s? I want to be able to switch back and forth. I'm w/ ATT.

    2. How does the size/weight compare w/ iPhone 5s?

    3. Will it reliably run google play?

    Thank you for your help!

    1) yes
    2) i have used both for running, and the q is better, no slip back, eliminates the need for a case, and easier to type with sweaty hands
3 had the google play, didnt work well, very slow

Like Al moon said, the Q10 uses a micro SIM and the iPhone uses a nano SIM no? The Q10 is extremely light and you'll be surprised when holding it. The sound quality is amazing as well.

Off topic, you're a runner but your nick is slowsteve??? Are you one of those snail runners from the cartoon movie named Turbo?? LoL

I've used it during warm ups and stuff like that. It's nice because it's small and fits anywhere! Still keep it in a case. I use a gel one that fits the phone. You never know when the phone might fall out of a small pocket.

I don't use Google Play on my Q10, but there are ways to get it to work. many guides can be found on this forum.

The weight is about the same, I find it's just the feel that is different. The Q10 feels solid in comparison to iPhones.

In the end, it's how you like it. Give it a go!

The Q10 is a good phone. It can run google play, but at times not every android phone will work. For an example I tried to run Here maps but it keeps saying that it can't run as a message. Also the Q10 takes the micro sim card which the iphone is nano. The size on the phone is very very light and pocketable for your pocket.

If you want a mobile device, not a mobile entertainment center, but one designed for communication purposes the Q10 is a great design. A great balance of features and size.

Maybe you might consider a Q5. You can get them dirt cheap brand new and they do just about anything a Q10 can do except double typing.
