i've just received my q10, very premium device. Im in the middle of side loading apps. I am disappointing that shazam does not work and that twitter is missing the multi account feature which is something required for my business. I do have a few questions to do with facebook ie. the fact that it seems to be missing the chat feature hence i am unable to see who is online. this reminds of my 9700 days when this feature was not applied. Also correct me if im wrong on this aswel, in facebook i am unable to access "pages", this is also needed for my business. Your help would be much appreciated, thank you.

I upgraded my Galaxy blaze for a S4, than 2 weeks later i repented and exchanged for a Z10. I got tired of playing with toys and decided to get a cell phone made for men.
If you want to buy a toy for a kid...buy an iphone or S4. If you want to buy a cell phone for a man...buy a blackberry.

Maps is a complete disaster on my Z10 and Q10. Enter address, get directions and there is no way to pan the view because it staggers like crazy! Unusable for me since 10.1 (always on Q10). Update didn't address issue and I'm getting frustrated but patient BlackBerry will work it out. Also the warrant repair for my r key that stopped working...

Try the memo pad app its like the same as the notepad app for the bold or there is the evernote sideload or native version in 10.2 coming.

guys is it normal to not have a chat feature on the facebook app or am i doing something wrong. also not having access to "pages" that you have created. i love my q10 but its amazing how my 9900 seems to have more features at times

Iv just recently upgraded from my bb 9900 to galaxy s4 and in all honesty i miss the efficiency of the bold but then people On this forum are complaining that the q10 doesnt have features that the bold 9900 had!

I take alot of notes and the notes i do take are very very long, and now with bb10 there is no memopad but bb remember hence Im wondering if theres a word limit in the 'additional notes' section in remember app. The s-memo app on the s4 has a word limit and my notes take forever to load up which is ridculous as the s4 has quad core while my bb 9900 has one!

Since iv been on the s4 iv joined instagram hence im wondering how well the android app works on the q10 and also google maps, another android port as i have read varying reviews about these apps.

Also is it true battery life is drained significantly due to thhese android apps i will be using.

LOL yeah. Tends to forget a little issue ... as much as I prefer typing on my Z10 over my iPhone, messaging on my Z10 over my iPhone and the whole 'battery replacement thing', there are business apps I need that are on my iPhone which aren't on my Z10 right now.

I've gone through all phones (all the important ones anyways) with the exception of ONLY the S4. I just sold my One and had two options: Buy the S4 right out or finance this Q10.

Let me tell you, I'm glad I went with the Q10. The operating system on this is refreshingly productive, smooth and swipe-y. It's great. Feels more productive and enhances productivity if you're a big shortcut-nerd like I am.

I'm a power user and I decided to take the leap and sacrifice the big screen for the always-available keyboard. I don't know why these died out!! This one in particular has no rival, from what I understand. And I would have to agree with that.

I know you're not looking for a, "Well, it depends..." comment. So, I won't give you one of those. (Although those have their place too.) Get the Q10 man, it's an amazing phone.

The current FB app does not have chat, but that's coming with the next major release. However in the mean time, use the HUB to send and receive messages and it's just like having the FB messenger app. That's a trick I stumbled upon.

Change immediately the q10 is much smooter and faster compared to the s4 s I tried when I tried the s4 it was extremely laggy I gave up on trying it and it was the laggiest phone I have ever played with I am not sure but maybe the s4 I tried wasn't good

Yeah I agree. Every s4 I've seen drop frames... I CANNOT stand that, I really can't. It's system-wide on that phone. You're not going to get that on the q10, and if at all, only in the settings menu and rarely.
