    I sent my phone back for reparation 4 weeks ago and i got my phone back a week ago. But they didnt do anything about it! I called the website i bought it on, and they were saying that there was a huge mistake happening and i can send it again with extra care. My q10 is having some screen problems. It looks like screen burn.

    But the problem is... i dont want to wait for another 4 weeks. Is there a possibility to make contact with the Dutch (NL) Blackberry office? If there's one...

    Though their response is likely to be deal with the retailer you bought it from. Clearly the retailer admitted fault with the exchange so not sure why you're calling BlackBerry anyway.
