My text messages section in the hub is gone! If I try to open it with the shortcut on the home screen, it takes me to the hub and nothing else. I'm also not receiving any text messages. I'm running the newest software for the Q10 on rogers. Help!

They could have been deselected from the Hub.

Go into your Hub>Settings (small three dots on the black bar at the bottom of the screen) Choose Settings>Hub Management, scroll to Text Messages and enable. Unless they are already enabled.

There's not even an option to select/deselect text messages. Everything else is there, but no text messages.

Strange, have you tried cycling the power, or better yet, battery pull?

Have you tried rebooting the Hub? Swiping from the top right corner 5 times? It's a long shot, but you are not the first to have issues with text messaging.

Sorry, trying to cover all bases. Have you tried calling Rogers and asking them for BlackBerry support

Unfortunately, this also happened to me. Using BBM certain friends as I wait for a new phone. Also, glad to see BBM for Andriod and iPhone and it works for iPhone. Had really fast chats with an iphone user tonight!
