[CrackBerry Question]

Hi everybody,

I'm having a small problem with my Q10, OS v10.2.2.2639. I get text message notifications/instant previews from all of my contacts, except one. A contact I use a lot. I need to create a new text message to that contact to send a new text or see the message history. I've tried deleting and re-adding the contact, checked the instant previews, notifications etc. are turned on. I just can't figure out why it would only be for one contact.

Could this be an OS version issue? I'm not sure what else the problem could be.

is that contact linked to something else like fb, etc..

Yes, that contact is linked to FB and maybe email. But I have no trouble receiving text message notifications from any other FB contacts.
