    Some of you may have read, or heard about AT&T's deal with Steve Jobs to market the iphone. I believe they were paid
    $300,000,000.00. Now, they don't want Apple or anyone to know how many Q10's they've sold.
    They put the z10 in the back of the store or never took it out of the stock room. They dogged the z10 so bad that BlackBerry decided they would not get the first shot with the Q10.
    Now, whenever I call AT&T about a problem with my phone, the rep ask me what kind of phone I have. In the past they always knew what phone I was calling from.
    Well, now I know why. Within the phone, all Q10 owners have a phone listed as a BlackBerry 3998. What the hell is that!!!! I changed my device name to BlackBerry Q10. Now, when I call AT&T, they know I'm calling from a Q10.
    Go into system settings, about. There you will find your device name. BLACKBERRY 3998. Wow!!

    So I just went to Settings --> About -->General --> Device Name

    It says NeeferQ10 !

    OMG! How did they know to name it that!!!!! I've been hacked by Steve Jobs!!!

    Oh, wait. I named it that, so BB Link would show that as the... Device Name.

    OMG!! Why did I name it that!!! Now I cannot get technical support from AT&T because they won't know anything about the NEEFER brand of smartphones!
