To be fair, 4.4 was out before 10.2. There are countless threads about this already. You can use autoloader to get 10.2. Or just wait it out.

Just unlock your phone and get a rogers or bell sim from eBay or use Sochesi.

I have 10.2.1 on my AT&T Q10 through both of those methods.

I loaded 10.2.1.2234 on my LOCKED AT&T Q10 using an autoloader. I found the link in one of the forum's threads. It is working beautifully. I had no issues loading it, nor any issues with the AT&T network. Make sure that you do a backup and Outlook sync. The calendar data does not seem to back up with BlackBerry link. I lost some data.

Sweet. Do you remember which thread? I may try this as I haven't received an update from Blackberry on my factory unlocked phone (probably because ATT hates unlimited data plan customers) since I FEB when 10.2.1.1925 automatically loaded. I'm curious about the .2234 update. Cheers.
