    No, it's a verizon branded Q10 running on the AT&T network, would that change anything?

    Yes sir! That update notification came from Verizon and not AT&T, I bought and unlocked an AT&T Z10 put a Simple Mobile Sim in it and it got the same update that T-Mobile USA just pushed out.
    AT&T still yet to push out an official Update, sorry sir!
