    Dear Memebrs,

    i am finding it difficult to sync my outlook data with Q10. It states "unable to process the organizer data" can anybody help to get this issue sorted. Also not able to set auto bcc....

    Under your phones default settings make sure you have BlackBerry link set as the default!
