Hello to all of you BB users,

I have a problem, therefore I need your kind help.

I created a BlackBerry ID on my Android phone and now decided to switch to an actual BB device and Q10 was the chosen one.

I bought this phone and somebody was already signed in.
Now if I replace his details with mine ( BB ID Username, Display Name etc. ) that I have created on the Android, the device is asking for the password of this dude. If I enter my password ( set on the Android ) it says it is incorrect even if on the previous page are my details ( Username, Display Name etc. )

I think the device is prompting his password.

I thought that the whole problem comes from the fact that I cannot use BBM on two devices at the same time, so I have uninstalled the app from the Android.
    Still no success !

Anybody has some idea, how could I get this dude's ID out from my Q10?

Thanks a lot in advance !

Settings. BlackBerry ID. And sign out. But I believe it will ask you for a password. So if that doesn't work. Security wipe would be your best bet.

Welcome to CrackBerry, Hope you enjoy your Q10

Do a security wipe on your Q10, this should work.

    Hi welcome to CrackBerry!

The best way would be to do a security wipe on the phone and set it to factory settings. Then you can log in with your BBID.
