    Hello,

    I just bought a used BlackBerry Q10 yesterday and when I swipe up to unlock it doesn't do anything. It was working fine yesterday. The only way to unlock is when I press the power button, then swipe up. I tried resetting my phone but no luck. Any ideas of what is wrong?

    You have checked that it's enabled from settings? I know it's a silly question but usually it's something small

    Yes it was disabled. I turned it on and now it's working. Thank you!
