Hi,
I am very happy Q10 user. Battery lasts me 2 business days, happy with it but except of about 70 emails received /day and 10 written, I actually don't use phone to anything else( I use secondary phone for calling and texting, usually)

I suppose my phone can lasts much longer if I sort this problem out. Wifi is consumming enormous amount of data. See the screenshot- it is from 500 to 1,5GB/48 hours according Device manager by SYSTEM.

I don't surf on the internet and dont download anything. I use Blackberry only for emails as I have stated above(max 50MB/day, usually Cellular dw/up)

I have latest available official OS 10.2.1.3062

Any advice?

If it's not OS or App updates, check Settings > Location Services :


And check Settings > Software Updates :


And also Settings > Security and Privacy > Diagnostics :


And last but not least, Settings > BlackBerry Link :


Of course, there is still your emails' attachements to add to the list...
