Hey guys I have a strange problem with my q10, I am not sure if this is a proximity sensor issue or what it is, I just can't seem to figure it out. Just recently during calls, If am touching my phone or doing anything during a call.. sometimes it randomly mutes the call and hangs up. Sometimes the voice control automatically turns on, I think even once music app randomly opened. It is mainly the random muting and hanging up I am concerned about. I havn't tested this without my headset but lets just say I am having this problem with the headset in (no I am not pressing any button or anything on my headset). I have tried reloading the software through blackberry link and that didn't seem to fix it. I have also tried multiple headsets. I am not quite sure what this issue is?

Restart the phone and wait for the hub to initialize. Try to keep the phone a few millimeters away from your face during a call if possible.

I have already done so, But I always call with the headset in my ear, the phone is always pretty far away from my face so I don't why this problem persists.

Might I add that the phone sometimes mutes calls, hangs up, or mutes and hangs up even when im not touching the phone and the headset is just in my ear, so my face isnt even close to the phone.

Sorry about the previous post.
Are you working in a electro staticly charged area?
If not I only see two options unless someone's offers a better solution.
1. Wipe the device and reload.
2. Get a replacement.
