Something is wrong with my camera. Every picture has a black spot on the top middle part of the screen, and another, smaller one, on the top left. Shows on the screen when I take the picture and when I view it after. I used a drop of dampness on a cotton cloth and cleaned the lens well. What can I do?

I am trying to add a picture to show you but it's not going. I click on the add picture icon (paper clip) and then select the picture. It's not showing up though. Not sure why

hey to add a screen shot here m8y go to your permissions and change it to alow access to photos and they it shud work have you took it to your carrier? to see if they can help is the black spot acturly on the lens its self or the glass

No sure. I've looked at the lens and don't see anything. Too small. I plan to get a magnifying glass later. If not i'll go into Verizon. Here's another try at the pic, thanks!

hmm have you tried deleting the app restar phone then reinstall and accept all permissions

looks like its either on the lens or you may need a new camera lens

My Z30 has developed the same issue. How did you resolve ?

I have the same issue though the black spot (in the upper left corner) is smaller . Here is an attached picture. Please do comment on how you got yours fixed. Thanks

Pretty sure it's a camera damage. I had that too.
