    Is someone else experiencing lag on their whatsapp on Q10?.

    Since one week ago, the whatsapp is reponding wonkinly and I dont know why. It works, but is very slow to send messages and to update chats.

    I dont know why this is happening, and I already uninstalled and installed again.

    Someone has any clue?

    no one uses bbm sadly. All my contacts are on whatsapp, so I gave up on bbm long time ago. I tried but well, whatsapp is the leader and thats it.

    Agree, while getting this phone I started out with several BBM contacts and I gave it up for whatsapp.

    my girlfriend fixed my problem.

    i uninstalled and installed to no availlll but she instead of uninstalling and installing... updated the hats app LOL and it worked.

    i believed that when i installed a wassap from the app world..it came with th final version.. but i was wrong.

    The lag is caused by a bug in one of our other clients, that is causing it to send out a lot of redundant notifications that the BlackBerry 10 client can take a while to process. This issue is mostly invisible, except for the lag you are seeing. That bug will be fixed in the near future, but I cannot say when.

    The latest release of our BlackBerry 10 client does include code to minimize the impact of this, and hopefully reduce the lag and/or make it less disruptive. However, there's only so much that we can practically do until the real problem is fixed.
