Sounds like it might be a corrupt download - I updated using that .exe this morning - should be 1.5gb or so

I'm on fido, couldn't find the update ota, but when I connected my phone to link, I got the option to update.

update: well, it let me upgrade, but it looks like i'm still on 10.1.0.238... maybe from deleting some of my apps.

lyricidal, are you sure the core update will work for the stl100-1? I was browsing the update bars on sachup for the sqn100-3 and one of the bars is named com.qnx.coreos.qcfm.os.qc8960.factory_sfi 387MB. The qc8960 refers to the qualcomm chipset, so it looks like the coreos is compiled for specific chipset? Hope I am wrong, but thought I would ask before I install

I couldn't get Q10 on an Orange tariff due to already having 2 new contracts with them within the last 6 months (I got my husband the Z10 on contract with them) so I had to go with O2 lol I used to work for O2 as well so... I guess I know the ins and outs of their network which is why I kind of stick with them more
