    When I sent texts, sometimes it is so slow and hangs on the one message so long I can't sent more for minutes, even as long as an hour until it stops hanging. Any tips?

    There is a serious issue with your Q10, either with the network, either with an app you installed which "saves" SMS for example...

    First step, push both volume up and down to restart your phone.
