    I installed the latest software update 5 days ago and now everything is slow on my Q10. Delays of 10 seconds every time I open anything or do anything. I've restarted my phone dozens of times and it hasn't helped. Was told this is common for a day or two after updating but im on day 5. Any help appreciated.

    I would do the update again. Download the autoloader from the Leaked OS thread and reinstall it.
