    Hello guys , i did a security wipe to my blackberry q10 and when it rebooted it says : sim not dected . i tried like 4 other sim cards but it didn't work .

    I did something just now :
    I removed the battery then the sim card and put the battery back on .
    I turned on my phone .
    I removed the battery again and put the sim card in the slot then i turned on my phone and it worked but just for 2 minutes or less , now i'm dealing with the same problem again !!! i need help please .

    Had the same situation occur on my Q10 yesterday. Connected to Link and clicked the Reload Software button. A fresh install of the latest software did the trick!

    It is easy .... just clean with a rubber the metal elements of the sim card
